SUVIX generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Our current return-request period is 30 days after receiving the product, subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and procedures stated in that policy.

Products should not be returned without first contacting SUVIX and receiving return instructions.
